South Dakota has the finest Pheasant Hunting on earth.  This trip we went to Krull Lodge in Harrold, SD about 30 minutes from Pierre, SD the state capitol.  The Pheasant hunting was absolutely superb!!  Three days of beautiful weather, dogs that wouldn't quit, Pheasants that flew strong and were hard to bring down, couldn't have been better.  The accommodations are nice, clean and very comfortable.  The food however was over the top outstanding and significantly better than any lodge that we have been to.  We have been here twice now and plan a third trip the fall of 2014.  Don't miss this outstanding Pheasant Hunting Lodge.
